All orders are picked, packed and shipped from our US warehouse in Carrollton, Texas, run by our fulfillment partner Selery. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a DHL tracking number by email. For US orders, DHL may hand your parcel to USPS for final delivery to your door or mailbox, and your tracking link will show each step.

We also ship free to Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean, with Express available for $15. These orders ship with DHL International. Canadian orders usually arrive within 1–7 business days, and delivery times to other countries vary by destination. TriXstar is online only, so all orders are delivered by DHL. We don't offer local pickup.
